The Background

Hackpen Hill was founded in 2011 by Andrew Lennox and Noel Gaffney, who boast a combined 50 years’ experience in construction project management and have delivered complex infrastructure solutions for some of Britain’s major companies, including Heathrow Airport and Transport for London.
