Existing retail space at Heathrow’s Terminal 5 is being reworked to create a Luxury area.
Here we manage the completion of all the shell and core space which is being modified through design up to handover to the concessionaire’s fit-out supplier.
We also manage changes that the concessionaires require to accommodate their various offers within the retail shell and core.
Twenty units are being reconfigured with a works value of £7.5 million.
