When Heathrow decided that a stand-alone ‘Luxury’ area was needed within the new Terminal T2A, we were commissioned with Chapman Taylor to provide scheme design for this project.
This meant reworking the shell and core on nine existing retail units to provide a discrete space for all the Luxury brands along with new circulation areas.
An enhanced level of finishes was required within this area to reflect the luxury feel.
Once the scheme design was completed we were appointed as Project Manager for the delivery of the project.
The value of the works managed was £10 million.
