We have been appointed on a Project Management commission to complete the property portfolio in the new terminals T2A and T2B.
Ranging from ramp accommodation, offices, business and first class lounges to pay as you go passenger lounges, the works are on-going and due for completion in November 2014.
Our previous experience of managing this type of accommodation at Heathrow has been invaluable as the timescale for delivery of these facilities has been challenging.
Singapore Airlines, Aer Lingus and Premium Plaza are amongst the tenants who are fitting out spaces within the Terminals and we act as Project Managers for Heathrow to ensure that they fully comply with the rigorous HSE and security needed to work within the airport.
Vetting their designs to ensure compliance with the Heathrow standards, ensuring they maintain their programmes, dealing with interface issues and assisting them with the complex logistics required are all part of the role.
Total value of works managed £45 million.
