Noel Gaffney Prospect Hospice 10K

Well done to Noel Gaffney on completing the Prospect Hospice 10k on Sunday 21st Feb, one hour twenty three (1.23) running mainly through ankle deep mud in the wild February weather. Noel said 'there was one part where it was literally like running through a ploughed field, then I realised in fact it was a ploughed field', so there you are!
