Stage 2 Audit for ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
We'd started this process from scratch in March 2018 and a lot of people were involved in creating and using the business management process.
It has made us think about how we operate and manage the business and encouraged us to use less paper. Everything is now stored on the Cloud!
After the final audit we learnt we had passed with flying colours. Only six 'observations for improvement' and we are working our way through those at the moment!
Thanks to all those who helped us get there and thanks to British Assessment Bureau who carried out the audits for us.
As you can see we are proudly displaying our accreditation on the website.
Just the next external audit to pass in 2019.
