Here we provided a Senior Project Manager who led the Border Force Team responsible for the fit-out of all the Borderforce spaces in the new terminal.
Dealing with Heathrow and Border Force staff at the highest level, this was a key role, as without fully functioning facilities the Terminal would have been unable to process passengers.
Despite the complexities involved, the facilities - complete with state-of-the-art security equipment - were all delivered with sufficient time to allow for the operational readiness of the staff and facilities.
