Working amongst the Heathrow BAU Team, our RDM deals with normal retail churn that occurs with retail units.

As one concessionaire moves out and another moves in he makes sure that the unit is stripped back to the correct shell and core requirements for the incoming tenant and at the same time manages the relationship with the incoming tenant.

Checking that the design is compliant and timely he will then give the go ahead to commence the fit out. Again, he monitors the installation against the design to make sure that what is installed is as per the design.

This role can be about single units, or multiple units in a single project. For instance, a major project being managed is for fourteen units at Terminal 4, Heathrow.
