Retail Delivery Managers

Location - London

The Retail Delivery Manager is required to manage the retail delivery process for the delivery of a variety of retail units.

    • • They will be responsible for all concessionaire-facing delivery, for a variety of offer types.
    • • Work closely with Category Managers to achieve a successful, integrated project team.
    • • Take ownership of the allocated retail aspect of the project and work alongside the project team in ensuring that the design of the retail element of the project is to the high standards required by the client.
    • • Maintain excellent relationships with all retailers.
    • • Liaise with Category to provide input and advice in relation to the technical requirements of retail concessions.
    • • Liaise with the project manager and design team to investigate the feasibility of concession requested changes. Work with the design team with the object of achieving the best possible solution.
    • • Review scheme designs at early stage to ensure that the likely requirements of retailers will be met and that the design of retail units is being carried out in a manner that will not provide any hindrance to the letting process.
    • • Manage and monitor timely supply of retailer related information from the project design team.
    • • Meet with concessionaires and/ or their representatives to discuss and review fitting out proposals.
    • • Attend regular meetings to report on retail delivery related issues.
    • • Manage external retail delivery consultants to ensure retail delivery process is being carried out to best practice.
    • • Monitor the detailed design phase of the project to ensure design, technical and compliance issues are managed.
    • • Liaise with retailers during the fit out process to ensure that they are satisfied with the retail delivery service they receive.
    • • Inspect retail units during the fit out process or manage other consultants in doing the same.
    • • Ensure satisfactory handover of the completed units to retailers.
    • • Ensure that operations are managed from completion of the fit out, through operational readiness phases,
      to terminal opening and close out.
    • • While carrying out the role, anticipate and reduce risk by ensuring compliance with company procedures, health andsafety legislation, environmental policies.
    • • Ensure timely supply of information is achieved in all areas relating to the role.
    • • Assist in achieving best practice in design and construction activities.
    • • Successfully carry out all of the above and add value to projects, thereby enhancing the quality of the completed scheme.

Again the role will be based in the project offices on site, and will require regular visits to the location of the works on site.

Please note for all roles you must be able to demonstrate you have the right to work and live in the UK.

The applicants will require to be security vetted in order to obtain passes, therefore a full, five year employment history is required.

Applicants should have a CSCS card and a formal safety qualification as described below.

For the roles the following are required;

    • • Degree, or similar, in building, civil engineering or a construction design related subject.
    • • SMSTS or IOSH training is desirable but not essential but must be confident that they are able to obtain these qualifications.
    • • IT literate with excellent communication and influencing skills.

Project Managers

Location - London

The Project Manager role is to lead a team delivering various facilities within a challenging environment.

The role will require the applicant to carry out the following functions;

      • • Ensure that health and safety is managed throughout all phases of the design and delivery of the project.
      • • Appoint and manage the design teams.
      • • Manage the design to completion.
      • • Manage project relationships with a number of stakeholders at a senior level.
      • • Support the cost manager in the preparation of tender documents.
      • • Assist with creation of project schedule.
      • • Monitor and prepare reports on contractor’s safety, progress and quality.
      • • Present the reports to the Client and make recommendations on the actions to be taken to support the project goals.
      • • Ensure that any external interfaces are managed to support the project programme.
      • • Ensure the logistics for the project are managed to support the project goals.
      • • Manage the completion of commissioning and handover doumentation.

The role will be based in the project offices on site, and will require regular visits to the location of the works on site.
